A free addon and the free MacroCrafter Companion app bring your bookmarks and macros into World of Warcraft: Forever. Put a macro on your cursor, ready for an action bar.
What you get in the game
- Your bookmarks and macros.The macros you bookmark or make on macrocrafter.io show in the addon after a Sync.

- Gallery search in the game.Search the public gallery, starting with your class, and bookmark what you like. Gallery search and bookmarking need the free app running.
- Paste import, no app needed.Paste a !MC1! string or plain macro text to add it.
How it works
- Install the MacroCrafter addon from CurseForge or Wago.
- Install the free MacroCrafter Companion app, then choose "Sign in with your browser" to link this computer. A free account is enough.
- Restart WoW once so it finds the new files. Then type /mc in game.
Availability
The addon and the app aren't downloadable yet. We'll announce the release in MacroCrafter's product-update email.

Is it free?
Yes. The addon and the app are free, and every free MacroCrafter account gets the same features.
Which WoW versions does it support?
World of Warcraft: Forever.
Do I need the app?
Not for everything. Paste import and the macros from your last Sync work without it. Gallery search, bookmarking from the game and Sync need the free app running.
What does the app do on my computer?
It reads your Screenshots folder only to find MacroCrafter's coded strip, and deletes only those screenshots. It writes its own MacroCrafter_Key and reply-slot addons, and never changes the MacroCrafter addon you installed. Your sign-in stays in your computer's keychain or credential manager.
Do I need an account?
Paste import and Install work without one. Sync, the Gallery and bookmarks need a free MacroCrafter account, and guests can't link the app.
How fast does a change on the website reach the game?
Not instantly. It arrives at the next Sync, a /reload, your next login, or the next time you use the Gallery or a bookmark in the game. Type /mc sync to ask the app to sync now.
What are the in-game commands?
/mc opens or closes the window. /mc sync asks the app to sync now. /mc scale 0.5-2 sizes the window, and /mc reset centers it.
Can I remove it?
Yes. In the app's Settings, under "Remove MacroCrafter from WoW", choose Remove. It deletes the key and reply-slot addons the app wrote in each WoW client and turns off "Start when I log in". Your MacroCrafter addon and its macros stay. To uninstall the app, quit it and delete it; opening it again sets WoW up again.
