For difficult PvE content as a Holy Paladin level 30, you need a macro that prioritizes healing while maintaining flexibility. This macro will:

1. Single-target healing priority: Cast Holy Light (Rank 5) on a mouseover target first, then fallback to focus, or current target if neither exists

2. Emergency heal on self: Option to shift-click to heal yourself with Holy Light

3. Includes Lay on Hands: A secondary keybind alternative (shift+click) to instantly top up the target if needed during emergencies

4. Maintains aggro management: Uses Devotion Aura (Rank 4) passively to support group survivability

This keeps you efficient in dungeons and early raids where mana management and targeted healing matter most.

Customization tips:

- Mouseover healing lets you heal while keeping the tank targeted

- Add Flash of Light (Rank 2) if you want a quick, cheaper heal—just adjust the macro

- As you level and gain Holy Shock (level 30+), create a separate macro for that talent-gated ability
